Naturally, lawyers are expected to find solutions for legal problems. On top of that, the complexity of today’s modern business life requires lawyers to provide quality strategic and conceptual advice characterized by:
- The prevention of litigation
- Business-oriented action
- Interdisciplinary solutions
- The development of strategies
- Risk limitation.
Lawyers assist their clients over many decades in all fields of law. However, the experience of the last few years showed that a single lawyer can no longer provide all required comprehensive legal services. As a consequence, lawyers specialize in particular fields of law and acquire additional qualifications. Specialization by itself, however, is not sufficient to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice in all fields of law; instead, teamwork is essential.
At STEINER WECKE & KOLLEGEN’s all individuals have a strong ability to work together as part of a team. The partners combine excellent teamwork with individual skills to solve complex problems. Their long-standing co-operation with tax consultants, auditors, architects and other experts enables STEINER WECKE & KOLLEGEN to, on request, make expert knowledge available.
